Marty is a graduate of Baylor University with an MBA in Finance and Economics. Following the completion of his formal education, Marty spent the next 16 years building a successful career in National Account sales and management. In this role, he worked primarily with senior executives in some of the largest financial and industrial companies in the world. In 1996, Marty and his wife Lene began investing in Southern California where they had met through their involvement in the Pasadena Jaycees. In 2004, Marty and Lene liquidated their remaining California holdings in order to focus full time on Real Estate Sales and Marketing in Oregon. Marty is a consistent Top Producer in Portland and has attained the highest level of achievement (Diamond-Platinum) in the Portland Metropolitan Association of Realtor's Masters Circle.

Lene Wells is a native of Denmark and completed her formal education with a degree in Hotel Management from the prestigious Helsingor Handelskole in Helsingor, Denmark. In her career, she has held numerous management positions in several premier 5-Star hotel properties in Denmark and Southern California. Lene's primary focus on the team is working with Buyers.
Marty, Lene and their three children live in West Linn where they are actively involved in various school and sports activities throughout the year.
